This is a picture of Ron Martin at a recent Thursday Dinner at our house. Ron is a local pastor, see his site here, who has been very involved with our ministry and students the past 2 years. He loves reaching out to college students and they love the way he serves, loves, encourages and invests in their lives. He recently had the opportunity to be the keynote speaker for the orientation meeting for the FLC chapter of the “National Society of Leadership and Success.” After this meeting he began doing personal growth and leadership mentoring for several of the attendees. Part of that follow up involved sharing Christ with these students. This past week, "L," the president of the organization, put her trust in Christ and actually made the trip out to Bayfield, with her boyfriend, to attend Ron's church. Not only that but 2 of the other students, "S" and "A" have also put their trust in Christ since the meeting!!! Praise God! Please keep praying for Ron and for each of these precious students. Way to go Ron!
