Taking a stand is often hard but something we're all called to. Check out the MP3 below for more on this issue (whether in college or not this will encourage you).
When we take a stand for what we believe in it will never go unnoticed. Abraham Lincoln said, "Be sure you put your feet in the right place, then stand firm. To stand in silence when they should be protesting makes cowards out of men." Today's evangelism idea is simple: take a public stand for your faith, in a creative and kind way that you can relate back to the gospel. A great way to do this is to ask a store manager to remove or cover inappropriate magazines. You don't have to be rude but in a kind way you can take a stand and when they ask you why you can mention your convictions as a believer. If you are careful you will be able to bring Christ into this conversation in a thoughtful way. No matter what happens you will grow.
